David Rowan, editor of WIRED UK discusses the power of the crowd online and it's practical use in Minority Languages such as Welsh.

One of a series of short interview segments I did with David for the Welsh Assembly Government's Enterprise Networks, e-Business and Creative Industries Units at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff on 28th January 2010.
